Who needs to file an ITR?
Anyone with income above the basic exemption limit, or meeting other specified criteria, must file. Even if not mandatory, filing is beneficial for loan applications and refund claims.
What is the due date for ITR filing?
For most individuals and non-audit cases, the due date is 31st July of the assessment year. Audit cases have a separate deadline, typically 31st October.
Do I need GST registration?
If your aggregate turnover exceeds the threshold limit (currently Rs. 20 lakh for most states, Rs. 10 lakh for special category states), or if you make inter-state supplies, GST registration is mandatory.
How long does company incorporation take?
With complete documents, a private limited company can typically be incorporated in 7 to 15 working days, depending on MCA processing times.
